Josh a graduate of Fergus Falls High School in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and has built a professional career with ten years at Northwestern Mutual followed by work at Red River Financial. He is guided by the core value of kindness, believing that, ultimately, only kindness makes sense. Josh names Ram Dass as one of his most influential teachers in recent years, embracing the belief that everything in life is learning and that wisdom comes from many sources.
